The Teach Us to Pray series is designed for small prayer and faith formation groups, the RCIA, youth ministry and high school. Each video explores how to pray, drawing from Scripture, Catholic tradition and the insights of teachers and authors on spirituality.

Praying the Psalms This program explores how the song-prayers of the Bible, the psalms, have been used since ancient times as a means of prayer and gives practical prayer suggestions for contemporary Catholics. (37 min)

Praying the Rosary This program explores the inspiration and history behind this devotion and explains how to pray the rosary according to Catholic tradition and practice. (33 min)

Praying Our Questions This program addresses how prayer can emerge in and through life's troubled moments-suffering, loss, death-when strong emotions, questions and the search for God challenge us. (35 min)

Befriending God in Prayer This program provides a down-to-earth approach to prayer, suggesting the experiences of human friendship as a model for relating to God in prayer. (29 min)
