Rick Mathis, Ph.D., is a writer exploring how traditional Christian spiritual practices can help us to lead deeper and more meaningful lives. Dr. Mathis received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the Johns Hopkins University and his B.A. from the University of Tennessee.
